Winners Founder Doctor Ncube
The history of Winners Tutoring Program cannot be separated
from the history of our beloved leader Doctor Ncube and vice
versa. The growth of the program can completely attributed to
Doc’s drive and passion to be of service to the community.
Having not qualified to study medicine due to not having pure
Math as a subject, Doc decided to add it on in order to be
eligible for the course.
With no one to help him he taught himself the subject which
was a demonstration of what is possible to one with the
willpower to attain their goal. His journey is partially the reason
for him taking on the mission to create a program to give others
the type of support he himself never received. Not being one to
leave his ideas as just wishful thinking he characteristically took
immediate action to impact a group of learners upgrade at an
adult center.
And from that initial group he began to fresh the conception of
the program. There were many pitfalls involved but eventually
the vision became manifest.
Now the program not only helps those that attend classes but
also is a boon to those that are employed by it. All because of
the hard work of one man, Doctor Ncube the program
Founder/Director/Coordinator and Tutor a true Winner that has
had a hand in the victory of so many. But most apparently a
kind soul.
